Color Change: The name comes from the flowers changing color over about three days as they mature:
Yesterday: Deep purple or violet when they first open.
Today: Fade to a pale lavender or lilac.
Tomorrow: Turn white before they fade.
Fragrance: The blooms are pleasantly fragrant and pansy-like.
